Your public enquiry form prices a quote on the spot and emails the client a link. They toggle add-ons, sign the contract and pay the deposit. The booking, the invoice and their portal all switch on by themselves.
Client portal
Couples log in to their own tiles: timeline, planning forms, signed contract, invoices, and a photo and video gallery after the night.
Crew portal
Assigned crew get times, venue and contacts, inclusions, set list and the full run sheet — printable. Pricing stays hidden unless you switch it on per person.
Run sheets
Pull the couple's song choices straight into the timeline. Change a song six weeks out and the sheet updates in place — your own typed notes are never touched.
Music planning
Search Spotify from inside the form, or type it in by hand. Build the lists, mark the questions you won't let them skip, export the playlist.
Guest requests
Guests request from their phone. You approve, park or bin each one from the deck — and the ones you never want to play stay blocked.
Money

Straight answers
No. Each business gets its own separate database, its own backups and its own address. There is no shared table with everyone's clients in it.
Yes. Contacts, events, venues and packages come in by spreadsheet, and we've already moved a full business off another DJ platform — timelines, song forms and all.
Releases are staged and tested on a copy first, then pushed in a set window — Tuesday to Thursday, business hours. Nothing ships on a Friday or a Saturday.
Nothing to download. Clients, crew and guests all work in a browser, and guests don't even sign in — they scan the code on the table.
